Some Downsides are that it feels small for how big it looks on the outside and it's not very exciting and kinda bland looking. But it has a lot of slots if you like them and cheap tables you can always find good parking even on busy days. Comps aren't great. They say their going to build a arena, hotel and golf course some time in the future.
