What's up everyone? Truth about this Casino. I've been a member since 2010. I went to make line to play for the slot tournament after playing a slot machine on the 10th of August 2018 on a Friday. After 2pm Security approached me saying I was soliciting cause of the false information from a slot supervisor. Just a week before that date I made a complaint about some employees. The supervisor that took the complaint is friends with the people. The Supervisor turned around and got me banned from the casino. I was an Emerald Club Member which is the second level club card. I only needed 30k points to get to V.I.P. I was falsely accused of harassing the employees and banned for 1 year and it is unjust.I repeat I went to make line to play for the slot tournament on a Friday and security approached me saying I was soliciting cause of the false information from the slot supervisor. Casino employee took picture of my Licence when security handed it to a lady without my consent or permission even after I repeated multiple times they don't have my permission to take pictures of me or my Licence .Security employee said I don't care what he says take a picture. Security kept wanting to take my picture with his camera after I constantly repeated they don't have my permission. They wanted me to sign a 1 year ban and I refused and exited the casino. Later I received the paper by priority mail for 1 year ban from August 10 2018 to August 10 2019. Anyway I hope this helps to show the casino is being ran by employees that are idiots . Hopefully the owners realize the truth.

I'm was a Diamond VIP club member until I was charged with felony vandalism and told I was excluded from the property. But if I had the money to pay for the broken glass in full that I would he allowed to be reinstated by the commoner. I have been a player at this facility for about a year and lose ALOT OF MONEY ? here. But occasionally I do win some I was playing this slot machine and the spin button kept malfunctioning I got irritated and didn't realize that I had broken the glass around-the-clock button I continued to play and was contacted by DPS and asked if i was playing at that slot machine and I answered in the affirmative.I offered to pay for the damage $1000.00 plus but since I didn't have the full amount they had me arrested and charged with felony vandalism. Sure I got carried away in the moment but by no means was it done with intent to break the glass ;.that was not my intention. But yet I'm not allowed back on the property for a year. This place is great entertainment but alot of the slot machines (buttons) have been broken foe a while.
Try Morongo or Saboba first. I hit a $2000.00 jackpot over a month ago. They refused to pay it off stating that I was still under a one year SELF BAN from a couple years prior. After the year was up I did what the casinos management told me to do when I signed the one year contract. For around nine months I gambled there every week. If there was a problem with me gambling there it should have been addressed prior to me winning a jackpot. They are thieves. This is the second time this has happened at this casino.
