What's up everyone? Truth about this Casino. I've been a member since 2010. I went to make line to play for the slot tournament after playing a slot machine on the 10th of August 2018 on a Friday. After 2pm Security approached me saying I was soliciting cause of the false information from a slot supervisor. Just a week before that date I made a complaint about some employees. The supervisor that took the complaint is friends with the people. The Supervisor turned around and got me banned from the casino. I was an Emerald Club Member which is the second level club card. I only needed 30k points to get to V.I.P. I was falsely accused of harassing the employees and banned for 1 year and it is unjust.I repeat I went to make line to play for the slot tournament on a Friday and security approached me saying I was soliciting cause of the false information from the slot supervisor. Casino employee took picture of my Licence when security handed it to a lady without my consent or permission even after I repeated multiple times they don't have my permission to take pictures of me or my Licence .Security employee said I don't care what he says take a picture. Security kept wanting to take my picture with his camera after I constantly repeated they don't have my permission. They wanted me to sign a 1 year ban and I refused and exited the casino. Later I received the paper by priority mail for 1 year ban from August 10 2018 to August 10 2019. Anyway I hope this helps to show the casino is being ran by employees that are idiots . Hopefully the owners realize the truth.
