I used to like this place about 4-5 years ago. Something happened since then. Seems like the slots were tightened up so much that you can not even get an occasional win. My Fiancé and I have gone back about 8 times over the last 2 years and have not even come close to having fun on ANY of the games. The slot machines don't even pay a small portion so you can continue playing and have a little fun. Your money goes real quick. I will not be going back any time soon.

Not only was the customer service extremely bad but the management I asked the same question the answer I got was I don't know the casinos key job is to keep the customers happy . There's nothing fun about this casino everyone's in a bad mood I will not be returning worst casino I've ever been to.

I went to Pala this week and used the valet service, when I was done, I found one of my wife's purse opened with few credit cards laying out. My $2000+ new macbook pro and an expensive carrying case was missing. There were also two packs of cigarettes that also went missing. I am still waiting for the casino to get back to me. All I can say is, if you decide to come here, make sure you hide your stuff away and don't leave it out in the open or do self parking. these people cannot be trusted!!!
