We have driven here from San Jose and taken chartered bus trips in the past. My wife's late father loved the buffet restaurant. They were re-modeling the hotel the last time we visited.

I visit the casino on the average of once a week - especially in the winter - to make football picks. It's free to play and the casino pays you just for playing.

I have found most of the employees; especially the cashiers, to be extremely friendly. The food is good. The comps, promos, and point system is the best I've found. I have been to most of the casinos on the west coast and Nevada and Jackson is my favorite.

I haven't tried the hotel. Players club is very nice for regular visitors. Players dollars every day, plus other comps for food and gas.

Free football pools during the season. Only thing I don't like about this casino is that there is no alcohol served, but all other drinks are free.
