DID YOU KNOW : GRATON CASINO’s PAYBACK TO PLAYER PERCENTAGE IS THE you want to lose your money. Or feel like you lost. Loss of money. Not even 1 win. Always lose at Graton. And I’m local. I seen lots of good folks lose their homes ever since this DEVILS PLAYGROUND came into our little town. It’s like we’re living in a Stephen King book. Food court is tolerable. GRATON does not have a good RTP (Return to Player) percentage.
RV ers avoid this place. When you enter the lot a security guard meets you to explain your RV is not welcome. You can park it and spend your money but when your moneys gone leave this place. If you expect to stay the night forget it they tell you to leave. Go find overnight parking elsewhere The closest RV park may be 40 miles away. Where there thinking is I don't know, I do know that I will never enter there lot again. There are other casinos.
Unbelievable rudeness of the female bartender will keep us from ever returning. After ignoring us for 15min, she finally acknowledged us and passively asked for our drink order. I asked for a mojito and she outright rolled her eyes at me and let out a huff and said she would have to check to see if she had mint. She rudely came back to tell me that the mint was bad and if I really wanted one it would be a 30min wait to get more mint. 30min? She looked at me as if I were stupid and said yes! That's what I just said. Maybe it was her lack of customer service skills but it is not okay to talk to me like that. I just left and walked out I have never been talked to like that before.
First off and in truth, I haven't even been to the place yet but based on a rather large sampling of the reviews, I probably wouldn't even waste the gas. For one, they don't have crap tables nor a roulette wheel and I happen to immensely enjoy the galloping dominoes---it's fun and tests your ability to figure the odds just like poker----win, lose, who gives a damn as long as you have sense enough to never gamble what you can't afford to lose. Yet one review right after another all I read was that the one-arms are tighter than the G-string on a jazz guitar and you can spend all day there and never hear a bell go off. Anyway, I would still be willing to give the place a twirl but for the lack of logistics and very sloppy PR.....
For one, the damned place doesn't even have a toll-free number like any excuse for a casino its size should have automatically. For another, they only have regular casino sponsored bus runs for all the rich-kid high rollers in SF and the South Bay but I guess their attitude is that all of us in the Sonoma valley can go pack sand----doesn't seem to dawn on the owners of the casino that maybe, just maybe, a whole swarm of people looking for something at least half-way exciting to do on New Year's Eve would delight in getting on a bus from Agua Caliente or Glen Ellen or Kenwood or Sonoma to the casino, have a few drinks, play the slots or black jack, ring the New Year in and then get back on that same bus and come back across the hills to the valley and not have to sweat a freaking bull chip dui check point every two miles.
That all so much to ask?...There is more to the universe than stink-rich rubber necks from Silicon Valley and the city, you know.
