Unbelievable rudeness of the female bartender will keep us from ever returning. After ignoring us for 15min, she finally acknowledged us and passively asked for our drink order. I asked for a mojito and she outright rolled her eyes at me and let out a huff and said she would have to check to see if she had mint. She rudely came back to tell me that the mint was bad and if I really wanted one it would be a 30min wait to get more mint. 30min? She looked at me as if I were stupid and said yes! That's what I just said. Maybe it was her lack of customer service skills but it is not okay to talk to me like that. I just left and walked out I have never been talked to like that before.
I personally love everything about the Graton Resort & Casino. From the minute I walked in the door and took in the architectural splendor, saw the smiling faces of the casino patrons and staff to the minute casino security banned me and said I would be arrested if I returned I loved that darn casino and everything about it. You still have my heart Graton. Oh, and the majority of my income from 2014-2016!
RV ers avoid this place. When you enter the lot a security guard meets you to explain your RV is not welcome. You can park it and spend your money but when your moneys gone leave this place. If you expect to stay the night forget it they tell you to leave. Go find overnight parking elsewhere The closest RV park may be 40 miles away. Where there thinking is I don't know, I do know that I will never enter there lot again. There are other casinos.
No RV overnight parking we were roasted by security at 11:00 PM (while we were taking a break from tables) told we must go into casino or leave parking lot...when we talked to players club we were told either submit or leave...we left... very rude workers...and enough hookers and junkies in the place to make my service in Vietnam look like I was in church in Nam.
Was ordered out of the parking lot at 6 in the morning even though I gambled all night and had almost no sleep. They used to allow overnight parking but no more. No signs telling you this and security on bikes didn't bother to mention it when I was getting out of my camper even though I was in the back where overnight campers always park. Scary. I'll take my money elsewhere.
