There is very little, if any, insulation in the walls. You can hear the people in the next room talking as well as their TV sets. We were on the third floor, and could hear people walking in the halls on the fourth floor most of the night even with the a/c fan on high. The food was fair, but overpriced. The facility was plain but nice.

We have stayed here twice and are already planning another trip later this summer. Good variety of slots with decent pay outs. Four of us went this time and all came out ahead. Not saying this will happen every time but was unusual for us. We had rooms on the 4th floor with what they call a mountain view. View was of the back of the casino and area. We didn't want to pay the extra for the ocean/valley view as we don't stay in the room for that long. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Both times the food was good and service was fine. The views from the restaurant can not be beat. You get a view of the valley with the farms and can see the ocean in the distance. The only complaint from the four of us was the smoke in the casino when it got busy at night. The non smoking area is small. The casino will be renovating the gaming area beginning in May with a planned ventilation upgrade. We were told the renovation should be complete for the ten year anniversary in August. The Players club gave $10 free play for new signup and a discount for the hotel. Not the best but average for casinos in the area. We will be back as this casino seems to know how to treat us.
