The Freeplay and amenities have not been the greatest over the years, the ticket cashing machines are generally empty in the front every morning and sometimes evening when I play, machines with broken buttons or won't take card or cash can be frustrating.....that being said Game selection is getting better, there is no smoking except for one inclosed room (LOVE IT). I have had exceptional service mostly, but have had a rude experience a few times.... Overall I have had really great food, very nice staff, drinks are pricey but good. Lots of FUN and still going after all these years...... The casino is about as appealing as a rundown truck stop. And, the staff...fake, untrained, and definitely the worst. Now mind you there is a pandemic, and just outside the entry doors there are large signs clearly stating "No mask, no i.d., no entrance". We had our masks on and were immediately denied entry to the casino by a Caucasian security representative, who instead of asking for our ID'S, screamed and demanded that we lower our masks. The reaction we had was of surprise at the sudden aggressive and hostile demeanor of the security rep. When I inquired what was what was the purpose of his request, he then continued to scream at me "SO, I CAN SEE YOUR FACE!!!". I lowered my mask and made a comment that there wasn't any need for the hostility and we entered the casino. Mind you we were excited to be visiting the casino but the initial abrupt hostility left me a aggravated at the unnecessary hostility and it quickly changed my mind about patronizing this establishment. The African-American with the braids, male security guard who was also present did nothing to assist or to temper the unprofessional, rude, hostile, power tripping casino employee. We complained to casino security supervisors on duty expressing what had just happen to us and informing them that their choice of initial public impressions were a liability to their organization. They vowed to speak to the security doorman but it was very apparent that did nothing as they were laughing at us as we left the casino. After looking at other reviews regarding similiar interactions with this casinos security it appears this is their normal modus operandi. Beautiful casino just unfortunate that it allows employees to treat their guests so poorly. Go often.See the same players on the same machine When there a drawing you see same winners People who live away should get better deals. Locals know what machines pay off and hog them. Machines are tighter than they were. Hate to drive 3hr to another when OL is less than 2 hr away . Food needs to be cheaper. Needs a hotel. If one wants to kill some time it’s OK.

Machines are very tight and bonus sequences seem to never com or rarely pay out. It seems since the new takeover in the administration position there has been a different culture in the atmosphere at the casino. At this point in my opinion the casino is not player friendly but more corporate friendly too many gimmicks to draw people and it seems the only winners are the locals who live there in the area.

The so-called free play is a joke. I talked to manager about showing me where I even played on free play... Was told hold on while he prints off my history. So I waited, only for him to say that , unfortunately he couldn't print it. Now come on...really? You expect me to believe that crap?

You cannot win on their "games of skill", tables, or anywhere in here. Restaurant is ridiculously priced for the quality of food. NO customer service. Waitresses forget to bring your drink order half the time (and I tip EVERY time). Their drawings are a joke with the same people winning every week, and the same people being called multiple times on drawing nights. They sent an e-mail survey with people winning money if they did the survey. Pulled names from the barrel, and guess what??? THE SAME PEOPLE WON THAT WIN ON DRAWING NIGHTS! Suspicious just a little?
