We went to show my friend new to Arizona a fun place to go let loose a little and gamble. I've been to wild horse pass before and there has always been a few staff members who go beyond the call of duty and very friendly and then you have the staff who either hate their job or hate their life or they just hate you. I am ashamed to have taken my friend there. They advertise free play for new members to players club of $25 of free play. They do not give you $25 of free play at all. The commercial on tv says wild horse pass vi queva and lone butte casinos new members to players club offer of $25 free play for first time players. Well, my friend is new and they gave $10 of free play to him. I asked the lady about the offer on tv for new players of $25 and she told us you get $10 of free play then come back up we give you $10 more. Then you give us your email address and we may pick you to give $5 through the mail. I was so confused about what they were doing. And I felt bad for my friend who did not get what he was supposed to get. He spent a lot of money and went back up for his other $10 of free play and they told him "no." We only give you $10 of free play after you get 10 points on your players club card. Well, all the money he spent gave him 4 points. They must have problems with faulty cards or something $65 should have been 6 points and then I tried his card to see if we should go back up and ask about the points and card. I spent $65 on his card still no points showed up. We went back up and the supervisor that finally came to talk to us was flat out the rudest person I've ever seen. She made us feel little and she obviously hates whites because she was very rude to us but when other natives came and asked questions she was very nice to them and we weren't rude like they were. We love to gamble and spend money no problem but don't treat us like trash for asking you to stand by your advertising. Very very disappointed in wild horse and the staff very very sad. I used to love this casino and now I will never refer any friends or even a stranger to this casino.

I arrived tonight at Wild Horse Pass Casino for my sister's Bachlorette party. I AM MORTIFIED AT OUR TREATMENT!! I met my niece downstairs to get into the suite, where our event was to be held. We waited for more guests to arrive and took a seat on the bench below the second level behind the valet area. As we waited my niece states "It's sprinkling " ," Is someone spitting on me ?" She stood up and saw a man urinating over the railing and so did three other of our guests and a bystander. As he did so he and his party laughed. Of course we went to notify security the valet area was now empty. So we had to go inside to the front desk for help. As we notified them and waited for security response  literally more than 15 minutes elapsed. The security officer walked up and displayed utter disconcern as the perpetrators disappeared into the casino.  We decided to proceed to our suite. As nothing, literally nothing was done ! We then  were given 2 security complaints for noise. Thereafter security arrived once more and gave another complaint and threatened police presence.  At a "Bachlorette Party " go figure ? We came to celebrate and have fun. Instead we had a memorable moment completely destroyed.  We gathered our things and exited the parking lot only to be further harassed by the casino security in the parking lot. " Asking is everything alright?" as they shined lights in our face.  At that point I left  decided this resoundly. NOT EVER WILL I FREQUENT WILD HORSE PASS CASINO!!??? The individuals that urinated on our party were Caucasian we are African American just to give some perspective. I have never been so mistreated and paid for it. This equated to several hundred $$$$ gone for a ruined 2-3 hour event. A memory forever tarnished. By what seems to be racist behavior to me. How do we get kicked out for music at a Bachlorette party,  but you can urinate on us and that's permissible??  NOT IT'S NOT!! Wild Horse Pass you are terrible!! All people should be welcome there you took our money and gave nothing but mistreatment! !

I am so disappointed I will be posting this review every day until I can't anymore so everyone can know. Know apparently black people aren't welcome at Wild Horse Pass but, apparently people who choose to urinate on them are.

This is my favorite casino in Arizona right now. Atmosphere, variety and maybe an engaging man or two to smile at you makes this place number one on my list. As you drive up to the large complex, you have covered/shaded parking garages so your vehicle does not cook in the hot desert summers. Friendly employees welcome you as you enter the massive complex. I can happily stay for hours and watch my money go up and down and up and down. The food court has quite a variety and seniors get a food credit once a week. They were the only casino that had a nice, non-smoking area, glassed off, and I was sad to see that they did away with it in favor of high bets slots. I really never see anyone in the new high bets place and people were always in the non-smoking place. However, those slots were extra tight and I would always get bored and need to play in the smoking area, anyway. I return just to spice up my life a little when I'm in the area, but you should save your serious gambling for Nevada.

Touted as the first to give specialized attention to ladies’ bottoms, the Wild Horse has gone off the chart in customer service! Utilizing an automatic disposable plastic seat dispenser designed by a germ-a-phobic inventor, ladies no longer need risk exposing themselves to millions of germs. Never do we need to place even as much as a “paper” toilet seat cover on the commode ourselves; they’ve saved us the arduous task so we can more quickly race back to our spot on the floor. Kudos to the Wild Horse!

Great new building, very open, high ceilings. Lots of lounges, bars, restaurants and a theatre. Fun atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is beautiful - nice spacious rooms.
