Vee quiva has the Tightest Slots in Arizona. Very, very greedy casino. We had a gold card with this casino for ten years. Now we left. They watch exactly how much you spend and they give some gifts and bonuses according to how much you spend each month. SHAME! We wonder if anybody is checking this casino practices. We don not see people winning at slots. We watched one day for 2 hours. THE CASINO WAS ONLY TAKING OUR MONEY. Also they discriminate the handicapped people by not having a special window at players club just for the handicapped. Just see on Sunday the long lines and the disabled barely hanging ready to fall there. What a shame! The food is bad, small portions and very expensive. Now we go to Arizona casino and the Diamond. I will be exercising my rights as a customer. I have been playing for awhile now. I play about the same amount every month. I have been receiving benefits in terms of free tickets to sporting events and concerts. All of a sudden I am not eligible for those benefits. Gila River told me they changed the rules and now I have to play more to receive those same benefits. I keep track of how much I play and I know I have an average already. I cannot believe that Gila River changed the rules without notifying anyone. I have asked other members and no one knew about the changes. I will no longer be going to any of the Gila River Casinos. This is very poor customer relations. No wonder the Gila River Tribe is such a strong opponent of the Proposed Glendale Casino on 91st Avenue and Glendale.
