The staff is very friendly. The slots are not loose but probably average on payout. My husband and I have fun playing. It gets very crowded during the winter season on the weekends. The Sunday brunch was wonderful. The cafe's service is not consistent even by the same server. However, everyone tries to accommodate for the lack of service, though. The waiters and waitresses were running back and forth in the entire room instead of concentrating on a specific area. It might just be a management style change.
