When I arrived at the venue no one greeted our party. Throughout the whole night our party had to get our own drinks. Waitresses never even came to check on us the whole night. Towards the end of the night the waitress came over after the whole night was over.
This hotel/casino will keep things that are yours and will not give them back. If you lose something at this establishment, or it is out right taken from you, don't expect to get it back. Moreover, they will not even release something that is yours due to their policies and procedures. This establishment can not relate to human values (something that might be of sentimental value to you) only policies and procedures matter.
The customer service is terrible here. All the parents, even people that are not staying here come& leave their kids to play in the pool or the arcade so they can drink,smoke & gamble. I will never come here again!! Total shit hole
I'm a local and have no close place to play. That being said, I'm sad to say hon dah sucks. Don't go! The last two days I played and lost several hundred and bonus hits were poor to say the least. Max bet 3 bucks a spin on 3 different machines payed ZERO and one 1. 156 WTF! Cant even win a little to play on. At least 10 or more players were cussing the machines. Other locals that play are saying they just loose all the time. The service sucks and the staff are rude. Warni₩ng stay away! Please someone investigate or something!
I agree with Go Elsewhere. Not only are they rude, the machines rarely pay out, but I feel the drawings are rigged. Just in the past few months I noticed the same people are drawn over and over. Once in a while it might be a new name but for the most part it is the same ones. For a casino to be that tight with payouts it makes you wonder how they are not being investigated by the Gaming Department.
