Used to be a fun place to go and win some, now, the slots are so tight, can't win anything, just small amounts till your money is gone. Their drink prices went up, The players club was changed and you have to earn over 5000 to 10000 ponts to get much of anything...hardly any promo or free play at all... Machines lock up or out of paper a lot, hard to find a slot tech to fix them without getting the One waitress or a cleaning attendant to track one down for you..... We quit going and instead went to Cliff Castle or Twin Arrows, much better!!!
The customer service is horrible The inspector of the machines is absolute rude she has made the experience there horrible. If there's a problem the employees just walk away from you so they don't have to deal with it. Every time we go in we are confronted with rudeness and alot of I'm happy employees. The machines sick now.
Love the food, disappointed they just took away all Cleopatra Keno machine and found there is only a rare 20 card keno machine. Will be traveling to Talking Stick or Cliff Castle.
