I have been going for over a year, I have enjoyed my experience. I go hoping and chasing a dream to be able win enough pay for my own place that I'm in need of. I take everything I have in hope of that, with that being said, it's not there fault I do that knowing the risk I take. The machines do pay out differently. And yes it is depressing but I try look at it as entertainment. It's up to us how we look at it good are bad.
I've go to this casino over a dozen times because it's only an hour and half from the house. My wife and I did a spa weekend there and were very happy with the service. The slots don't pay out a lot but there have been several times that I've left with more money than I came in with. I use my slot card half the time. I'm a conservative player though. I'm there to enjoy myself. I very rarely bet the max and I never bet the minimum. They're quick at getting the drink out to you as soon as you order it from the machine. I've never won a big jackpot, but have walked out with a few hundred of their money. Like I said though I'm a conservative player. $150 will last me 3-5 hours. The smoke is very bad, which is why I go during the week and not the weekend. Monday is senior day so the smoke is very bad that day also. Tuesday through Thursdays are good.
The atmosphere is great. Like all casinos, you go expecting to lose and I have lost a lot. But the thrill is always there. I do wish comp points were easier to earn.... it takes 1800 points to earn a free buffet and it takes so long to accumulate points. But I am at a point of trying to go at least once or twice a month. Overall, I really enjoy being there and always look forward to going!
